I was awaiting word about a friend of mine who was getting a liver transplant in Nashville. I was nervous as a cat, so I took an old riff I had shelved last year. I added a flute track and an organ track, then padded on a modern piano track for good measure. This is the final result, kind of a trance/smooth jazz track without a lot of dazzling technical ability (because I don't have that ability!). It's for your listening pleasure, without lyrics. Feel free to download it if you wish. My friend is still in surgery and, as of this very minute, I don't know how he is doing. Nerve-wracking, to say the least!
